BankInvest completes spin-out of private equity funds
March 2013
Effective from 1 January 2013,
the BankInvest group's private equity activities, Private Equity
New Markets, which includes management of three funds, will be spun
out to form a new and independent entity outside BankInvest.
BankInvest are to focus its resources on developing the group's
core business.
