BankInvest plans to concentrate all sales activities in Denmark

The BankInvest Group plans to concentrate all its sales and the
sales administration regarding investment funds and SICAV funds in
Denmark.
This action will be taken in order to keep focus and to gain
synergy and efficiency effects. All activities in the subsidiary
BISA S.A. in Luxembourg will according to plan be concentrated in
Copenhagen.
